I am going to start with my own personal favourite method, affiliate marketing. I have written a complete guide called “Affiliate Marketing Guide for Beginners 2020” on this site. This covers everything you need to get started.

The reason I like affiliate marketing is because the barrier to entry is so low. If you do have some budget then you can fast track your earning by using PPC to bring traffic to your site.

The method is basically, create a niche blog, add affiliate links and then send traffic to it.

There is no reason why a niche blog cannot generate $100 a day in no time with the right content, the right affiliate products and the right traffic.

You may be wondering what I mean by a digital product? Well basically the term encompasses products that are created on a computer and then sold. The categories covered by this are…

  1. Written products
  2. Audio
  3. Video
  4. Designs
  5. Photography
  6. Coding
  7. Educational
Digital Products

I will cover written products in another method. If your skill is in audio the you could turn your hand to many things.

  • Voiceovers
  • Ringtones
  • Jingles
  • Creating Beats

You can sell your services at places like Fiverr. With extra services added it would be easy to reach $100 a day.

My personal favourite place to sell audio products is using the platform Sellfy because of the easy interface. It is very quick to get something up ready to sell.

If you have any skills, passionate interests or just something that you feel would be invaluable to share with the outside world then creating a course about it is an awesome idea.

Online Courses at Udemy

An awesome place to sell your course is The range of courses on offer is incredibly vast and there are many instructors on their who are earning fortunes.

For example, if you are a keen photographer, you could create your course on various aspects related to photography.

Udemy example

To get stated with creating an online course, you will need to decide on your subject matter. The best approach is to look at Udemy and see what sort of courses are selling well and then try and use that as inspiration for your own course.

Of course you will need some video editing software to put your course together. One of the best free editors on the market is Lightworks.

To start with you could just use your phone as a camera to record yourself along with some screen capture software. OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is a great piece of free software.

When you get more advanced and want a more professional look to your videos, you will need a decent camera, lights and editing software.

This was something I used to do when I first got my EBay account in 2003 and have been doing it ever since. Mainly because it is good fun but also because if you have an eye for a bargain you can easily make $100+ a day.

The basic premise is using arbitrage. You look for a fairly in demand product and bid or buy it on EBay. You then create your own auction with a reserve greater than the price you paid (plus fees) for the item you bought.

The trick with this method is to know what the range of prices are for a certain item. You then buy at the low end and sell at the high end.

To achieve this you can

  1. Look for an item that needs repair and fix it.
  2. Buy from an amateurish looking listing and sell with a professional looking listing
  3. A combination of points 1 and 2.

I used to do this a lot with electronic musical gear like Synthesizers, mainly because I knew the market well.

I recently got an email from a friend who I trust with the title, “earn $100 a day from your opinion”. It wasn’t the sort of email I usually get from this particular friend but it intrigued me enough to take a look.

It was basically a link to sign up to some focus group. I looked deeper into it and saw that there was a whole industry around this stuff. It was quite eye opening and also potentially lucrative to somebody.

There are many agencies that supply focus group services to businesses looking for participants and people interested in being a part of a focus group. The best of these in my opinion is

Take a look at some of the projects I was offered when I looked. Not bad for offering your opinion and insight on something.

There is no doubt about it in my opinion that freelance writing can be a potential goldmine for the right person.

If you have a good grasp of English (or whatever language you speak), a passionate approach to things and a good work ethic, freelance writing is for you.

At this point though, I must stress that this is not the quickest way to earning $100 a day but with the right effort, you can easily earn many multiples of this a day!

How to Earn $100 a Day From Freelance Writing

  1. You must have plenty of time to both learn good writing technique and to build up an article portfolio. You need at least 20 quality articles in your portfolio before you start contacting freelance websites.
  2. Learn how to specialise. Clients looking for freelance writers will gravitate toward people who are “experts in their field”. Look at your passions and interests first and then also at what articles are popular at freelance sites. Try to match this demand with your own specialities and you have a match made in heaven.
  3. Mingle with other experts in your niche. When I say mingle, you should find other people who are respected in your niche and network with them. Go to Reddit and find people there to network with. Find other authors and build a professional relationship with them. Go to forums and Facebook groups in your niche. Write on these places and earn the respect of your peers.

Its not easy to break into freelance writing but you must persevere if you enjoy writing about something you are passionate about. It could be a great career if you do.
